Another way to work through burnout, trauma, depression, and being overwhelmed is to start meditating. Bring more calm into your world. Meditating can seem difficult at first but it’s actually easier and more soothing than you may think. Guided meditations make it really easy to incorporate into your day. Listen to one before bed, while sitting outside on your favorite swing, during a walk, or while doing the dishes. Different meditations are designed for different times. Some take you into a deep trancelike state perfect before going to sleep and some are great to listen to any time of the day.
